As a Product Manager for the Customer and Enablers team at NatWest Boxed, you will be responsible for leading and driving the success of our banking as a service enablers team.

We are seeking a seasoned product leader with experience in financial services, core banking, or microservices platforms to develop a vision for the direction of our Mission team.

The successful candidate will be accountable for building all customer services, platform migration services, and execution, as well as POS lending enabling services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a vision for the direction of the Mission team to build customer services, platform migration services, and execution.
  • Work with wider teams to successfully execute a platform migration onto the services built within this domain.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and iteration in NatWest Boxed.

Requirements:

  • Strong product leadership experience in financial services, core banking, or microservices platforms.
  • Experience of building reusable microservices to scale across a number of consumers and use cases.
