We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team at Shared Services Connected Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service management solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement service management strategies that align with business objectives
* Manage service delivery teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize service improvement opportunities
* Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met

Requirements

* Proven experience in service management, preferably in a similar industry
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* ITIL certification (or equivalent)

Location: Newbury and Farnborough
Security Clearance Level: holding live SC, eligible for DV clearance

Salary: up to £65,000 base
Benefits: £5400 Car Allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Pension, and 3% (of basic salary) flexible benefits fund.
