Service Delivery and Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery and Monitoring Specialist to join our team at Shared Services Connected Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our services and monitoring their performance.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, timescales, financial measures, quality measures, standards, service levels, and contractual arrangements.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Implement and maintain effective service delivery performance indicators to monitor and measure service delivery against contract/SLA/important metric and expectations.
- Team Management: Manage teams effectively, deliver to the required quality, and be perceived by the client as offering added value by embracing a proactive and innovative approach to continuous service improvement.
- Risk Management: Mitigate risk for the service, actively identify areas of risk, including financial impact, and ensure robust management and mitigation of risk levels.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure effective security controls and compliance, aligned to contract and Sopra Steria requirements.
- Knowledge and Skills Development: Contribute to the quality of Sopra Steria service management capability and knowledge base by developing personal and team skills to the highest standard possible.
- People Management: Provide effective people management and leadership to the service team, ensuring that team members have effective performance management, have objectives set, are motivated, and developing their skills and experience.
- Service Delivery Models: Understand service delivery models and relevant sector experience.
- Time Management and Communication: Effective time management and adept at chairing CAB's, takes accountability and ownership for delivering good service, partner management and communication.
- IT Services Background: IT services background and professional SM qualification such as ITIL4 (foundation).
- Desirable Skills: Professional SM qualification such as ITIL4 (at specialist level or above), Customer Experience Management (CXM & XLAs), knowledge of Agile ways of working.
