Service Management and Monitoring Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery and Operations Manager to join our team at Shared Services Connected Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing services and ensuring their successful delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet business objectives and improve client satisfaction.
- Manage service teams to ensure effective service delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure effective service delivery and partnership.
- Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure effective security controls and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve service delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, and support their professional development and growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in service delivery and operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and ability to implement new technologies and methodologies.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Professional service management qualification, such as ITIL4.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and customer experience management.
- Knowledge of security controls and compliance requirements.
