About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery and Improvement Manager to join our team at Shared Services Connected Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and aligned with client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Contribute to the development of our service management capability and knowledge base.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service delivery and improvement, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in IT service management tools and technologies.
  • Professional certification in service management, such as ITIL.
