Due to our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an AV Production Manager to become part of our team. This position entails overseeing our onsite production teams in conjunction with event execution. It requires early mornings and late nights, but it can be an exhilarating and demanding field of production.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing the onsite team to ensure successful event delivery
  • Acting as the primary client liaison during events
  • Overseeing technical operations for events
  • Managing onsite content
  • Setting up and dismantling events
  • Ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience and expertise in AV / Lighting / Sound within the events sector (preferably with a background in both physical and virtual events)
  • Professional appearance, positive demeanor, and confidence in engaging with clients
  • Adaptability to the variable hours typical of the live events sector
  • Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Flexibility and a proactive attitude
  • Valid UK Driving Licence (maximum of 6 points)
Working Hours:
  • A combination of hours spent at events, in the green screen studio, and in the warehouse; due to the nature of events, hours will fluctuate weekly.
  • A minimum of 160 contracted hours per month will be provided, with overtime compensated for additional hours worked.
  • We will strive to provide at least 7 days' notice regarding the hours required for the following week.
  • A minimum shift pay of 5 hours will be guaranteed.
