About the Role

**Product Travel Manager - Asia**

We are seeking an experienced Product Travel Manager to join our team at Explore Worldwide Limited. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for creating and managing our worldwide adventures, focusing on cultural experiences, bucket-list treks, and family holidays.

The ideal candidate will have extensive travel experience and a good working knowledge of the small group adventure market. A passion for sustainable travel and a knowledge of what this means is non-negotiable.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and managing our portfolio of trips, including cultural experiences, bucket-list treks, and family holidays
  • Working closely with our overseas suppliers to discuss on-the-ground delivery, itinerary improvements, and obtaining discounts for staff/press trips
  • Conducting competitor analysis and onboarding new local partners
  • Training the wider Explore team on your portfolio of trips and presenting at trade or customer events
  • Providing exceptional customer experiences and continually improving our products to meet customer needs

We operate in over 100 countries and work with countless partners around the world. You must be able to celebrate diversity and build great relationships with our partners, while having high and fair expectations of them.

This is a hybrid home/office working combined with some overseas travel. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainable travel and has a desire for continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage our product portfolio, including trip planning, supplier management, and quality control
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Build and maintain relationships with our overseas suppliers and partners
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Continually improve our products and services to meet customer needs and expectations

Requirements:
