About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery and Operations Manager to join our team at Shared Services Connected Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing services and ensuring their successful delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet business objectives and improve client satisfaction.
  • Manage service teams to ensure effective service delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure effective service delivery and partnership.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure effective security controls and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to service teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service delivery and operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience with service management tools and technologies.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Professional service management certification, such as ITIL.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and service management tools.
  • Knowledge of customer experience management and service level agreements.
