About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Shared Services Connected Ltd. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients, aligning with our business directions and strategic revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage services to ensure they are fit for purpose, set up for successful delivery, and meet client expectations.
  • Implement service delivery performance indicators to monitor and measure service delivery against contract/SLA and expectations.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, meeting client contractual and Sopra Steria's requirements.
  • Establish and manage relevant service controls to ensure the service remains safeguarded, compliant, and fit for purpose.
  • Manage effective security controls and compliance, aligned to contract and Sopra Steria requirements.
  • Contribute to the quality of Sopra Steria's service management capability and knowledge base.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience in managing delivery to SLAs and metrics.
  • Effective time management and adept at chairing CAB's.
  • Takes accountability and ownership for delivering good service.
  • Stakeholder management and communication.
  • IT services background.
  • Professional SM qualification such as ITIL4 (foundation).
