Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Strategic Analytics Projects: Direct the development and execution of strategic analytics projects to support Harvard's leadership.
  • Manage Teams: Manage the Institutional Research and Strategic Analytics teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Consulting Projects: Work with stakeholders on research, survey, and analytics consulting projects to provide expert advice.
  • Reporting Function: Oversee the reporting function of OIRA to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports.

The estimated salary for this position is $170,000, based on the location in Cambridge, MA.
