We are looking for a seasoned academic professional to take on the challenge of leading Queens' College as President. The successful candidate will drive innovation, promote excellence, and ensure the College remains a world-class institution.
The President will chair the Governing Body and provide strategic guidance to the Fellowship. To succeed, candidates must have a proven track record of leadership, coupled with a deep understanding of the academic landscape and the Cambridge collegiate system.
A key aspect of the role will be building relationships with stakeholders, including staff, students, and Fellows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial in this regard.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £130,000 - £160,000, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required.
