Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily medical operations and ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and make informed decisions to drive organizational success.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in healthcare, including 5+ years as a CEO/Director in a large tertiary hospital.
  • Currently holding a CEO/Director position in a 500+ bedded hospital.
  • Prior experience in NHS UK or current employment in NHS UK is highly valued.
