Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily medical operations and ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and excellence.
- Lead cross-functional teams and make informed decisions to drive organizational success.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in healthcare, including 5+ years as a CEO/Director in a large tertiary hospital.
- Currently holding a CEO/Director position in a 500+ bedded hospital.
- Prior experience in NHS UK or current employment in NHS UK is highly valued.
