Bicycle Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Strategy to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
About the JobThis role involves developing and executing medical affairs strategies and tactical plans for assigned Bicycle assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of these plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medical affairs strategies and tactics
- Cultivate relationships with professional medical organizations and patient advocacy organizations
- Support U.S. medical affairs launch readiness planning, activities, tracking, and execution
Requirements:
- Prior experience in medical affairs and/or oncology drug development
- Advanced degree in a health-related field (PhD, MD, and PharmD strongly preferred)
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and the ability to prioritize
