Medical Affairs Strategy Leader

Bicycle Therapeutics is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing innovative medicines for diseases that are underserved by existing therapeutics. As an Associate Director of Strategy, you will play a key role in helping us develop and execute medical affairs strategies and tactical plans.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We are headquartered in Cambridge, UK, with many key functions and members of our leadership team located in Cambridge, MA USA
Job Description- You will be responsible for contributing to the creation and implementation of medical affairs strategies and tactics for assigned Bicycle assets
- Identify, develop, and cultivate trust-based relationships with professional medical organizations, including medical societies and NCI-designated Cooperative Groups, as well as with patient advocacy organizations
- Support U.S. medical affairs launch readiness planning, activities, tracking, and execution
- Utilize your experience, resources, and gained knowledge to affect different projects and programs across pipeline for the GMA team
Key Qualifications:
- Prior biopharmaceutical industry experience is required (4+ years of experience preferred) in medical affairs and/or oncology drug development
- Advanced degree in a health-related field (PhD, MD, and PharmD strongly preferred)
- Ability to think strategically and translate scientific information into medical affairs strategies
- Ability to understand complex information and simplify into concise scientific messages
