Senior Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to join our Exposed Solutions Careers team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching potential participants for our awards programs, proactively reaching out to past and potential participants, and conducting sales calls and meetings to showcase the benefits and value of entering and attending our events.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have a genuine interest in helping clients succeed, excellent communication skills, and strong sales and negotiation skills. You will also be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally have previous experience with a CRM system (SalesForce preferable).
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme/commission package, hybrid working from office and remotely within the UK, and flexible hours for start and end times, including a 2pm finish.
