About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Care Professional to join our team in South Wales, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Job Overview

This role will involve working as part of a dynamic team to deliver high-quality care services, ensuring the psychological needs of each individual are met. You will be responsible for supporting clients with everyday routines, including taking them out into the community to participate in activities that promote their self-esteem and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behavior, although this is not essential. A strong commitment to undergoing all pre-employment training is required.

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Delivering high-quality care services in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Working effectively within the team to provide the best possible service to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behavior (preferred)
  • A strong commitment to undertaking all pre-employment training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
