Adult Learning Disability Support Professional

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Disability Support Assistant to join our team in South Wales. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with everyday routines, ensuring their psychological needs are met. This includes taking patients out into the community to complete activities, allowing you to build strong relationships and self-esteem.
The role involves working closely with a flexible rota, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, to deliver high-quality care services. Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behavior is preferred, although not essential. A commitment to undertaking all pre-employment training is required.
The successful candidate will also have driving skills, as this is an essential requirement for the role. Career progression opportunities, referral bonuses, free training, and a DBS check are offered to the successful candidate.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behavior (preferred but not essential)
