Disability Support Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Learning Disability Support Professional to join our team in South Wales. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adults with learning disabilities. You will work closely with a flexible rota, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, to deliver high-quality care services.
The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behavior, although this is not essential. A commitment to undertaking all pre-employment training is required. Driving is essential for this role, which offers career progression opportunities, referral bonuses, free training, and a DBS check.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, dependent on experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behavior (preferred but not essential)
