We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in their daily lives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Assist with community activities, promoting social inclusion and independence among service users

Requirements:
