Support Worker for Adults with Disabilities

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a Residential Learning Disabilities Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with disabilities within our care homes and local communities.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with our residents to identify their needs and goals, and develop personalized support plans to help them achieve their full potential.
- Our ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, and a strong understanding of the importance of providing emotional and physical support.
- You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care, while also promoting independence and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide person-centered support to residents with learning disabilities, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
- Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, household chores, and personal care, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement resident-centered care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, progress, and any concerns or incidents.
Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career development.
