Adult Learning Disability Care Worker

**Residential Learning Disabilities Support Worker:** We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Learning Disabilities Support Worker.
This role involves supporting adults with disabilities within the home and local community, promoting their independence and encouraging them to live their lives to the fullest.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing emotional and physical support to our residents, enabling them to develop life skills and engage in activities within the local community.
- Working closely with our residents to identify their goals and aspirations, and developing plans to support them in achieving these.
- Maintaining accurate records of resident progress and providing regular updates to colleagues and management.
**Requirements:**
- A strong understanding of learning disabilities and the challenges associated with them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to the changing needs of our residents.
**Salary:** £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Benefits:** A competitive salary and benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and a generous annual leave allowance.
