**Care Experience Required:**

To succeed as a Residential Learning Disabilities Support Worker at Brook Street Social Care, you will need to have relevant care experience. Ideally, you should have 6 months of UK-based care experience within the last year or a year within the last 5 years.

About the Job Description:

  • You will be supporting adults with disabilities in their homes and local communities.
  • Your role will involve providing high-quality care and support, building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • You may be involved in in-house and community-based activities, including going to the cinema, meals, day trips, and medical appointments.

  • You must be willing to undergo DBS and reference checks, undertake personal care.
