Job Title: Registered Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our brand new residential care service in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

This service will provide residential care for individuals with complex health needs, including those living with a learning disability. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for formulating support plans, writing residential core assessments, and conducting direct work with service users and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing care plans
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including finance and administration
  • Leading a team of care professionals
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and databases

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A strong background in health and social care
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A clear enhanced DBS record
