Job Title: Registered Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to join our team at a brand new residential care service in Spalding, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will be working for a leading healthcare provider, delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex health needs.

This service is registered to provide residential care for people with a range of complex health needs, including those living with a learning disability. As the Registered Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulation of support plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
  • Writing of residential core assessments, pathway plans, and other competent reports to professionals as necessary.
  • Direct work with service users and their families to assess risks, strengths, and viability of living in the community.
  • Day-to-day running of the service, including policies, procedures, finance, and administration.
  • Managing and working with set budgets to ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Maintaining up-to-date manual and electronic records and databases.

The following skills and experience would be beneficial for the role:

Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Clear enhanced DBS record.
  • Experience of Social Services and Local Authorities.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of CQC and current legislations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
