We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our brand new residential care service in Spalding, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project, including policy and procedure implementation, finance management, and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement support plans for residents
- Write and maintain residential core assessments, pathway plans, and other reports
- Collaborate with residents and their families to assess risks and strengths
- Manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Clear enhanced DBS Record
- Experience in Social Services and Local Authorities
- Knowledge of CQC and current legislations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
