About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our supported living service in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, managing daily operations, and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver exceptional care to our service users, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
  • Lead and motivate care teams, fostering a culture of encouragement and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with CQC requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Manage financial resources, planning, and budgeting to ensure efficient service operation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a setting providing support to clients with forensic mental health challenges.
  • Extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Level 5 Qualifications in Health and/or Social Care in Adult Care or commitment to pursue it.
  • Excellent understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering exceptional care, alongside proficiency in financial management and planning.
