About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Glenholme Halmer Court care home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents, promoting independence, choice, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support care staff in providing high-quality care to residents
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication management and personal care
  • Develop and update care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Lead a team of staff and work collaboratively with families to ensure a seamless care experience
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of dignity and respect
