About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our supported living service in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, managing daily operations, and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring the delivery of top-tier care and strict adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Lead and motivate care teams, fostering a culture of encouragement and teamwork.
  • Liaise with clients and discuss services, including Transforming Care Agenda, Complex Care packages for Mental Health, Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, and Behaviours of Concern.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and maintain a profound grasp on safeguarding, compliance, and the highest care standards.
  • Display excellent understanding of financial management and planning, and have a track record of effectively managing and delivering exceptional care.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a setting providing support to clients with forensic mental health challenges.
  • Extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Level 5 Qualifications in Health and/or Social Care in Adult Care or commitment to pursue it.
  • Excellent understanding of CQC requirements and a demonstrable history of successfully managing and delivering exceptional care.
