About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our supported living service in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, managing daily operations, and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and ensure the delivery of top-tier care
  • Adhere to CQC standards and regulations
  • Lead and motivate care teams to foster a culture of encouragement and teamwork
  • Liaise with clients and discuss services, including Transforming Care Agenda, Complex Care packages, and Supported Living
  • Ensure a commitment to ethical and responsible care provision
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a setting providing support to clients with forensic mental health challenges
  • Extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Level 5 Qualifications in Health and/or Social Care in Adult Care or commitment to pursue it
  • Excellent understanding of CQC requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering exceptional care, alongside proficiency in financial management and planning
