Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team at Accordia Care. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for the management of daily operations, ensuring the delivery of top-tier care, strict adherence to regulatory standards, and the seamless operation of the service.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a setting providing support to clients with forensic mental health challenges. They will also have extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs, as well as a Level 5 Qualification in Health and/or Social Care in Adult Care or a commitment to pursue it.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver exceptional care, alongside proficiency in financial management and planning.
- Exhibit a profound grasp on safeguarding, compliance, and the highest care standards, ensuring a commitment to ethical and responsible care provision.
- Lead and motivate care teams, fostering a culture of encouragement and teamwork.
- Liaise with clients about services users, and discuss Transforming Care Agenda, Complex Care packages for Mental Health, Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, and Behaviours of Concern.
