The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a setting providing support to clients with forensic mental health challenges. They will have extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs, and hold a Level 5 Qualification in Health and/or Social Care in Adult Care or be committed to pursuing it.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of top-tier care, and adhering to regulatory standards. They will also be expected to lead and motivate care teams, fostering a culture of encouragement and teamwork.
