**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Community Health Worker to join our team at Sikkerrejse. As a key member of our community healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality health services to our patients. The role involves conducting clinical assessments, administering intradermal vaccinations, advising patients on vaccination aftercare, identifying and protecting individuals at risk of abuse, and engaging in clinical governance activities to ensure best practice.

**Key Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Conducting clinical assessments and administering intradermal vaccinations.
  • Advising patients on vaccination aftercare.
  • Identifying and protecting individuals at risk of abuse.
  • Maintaining statutory and mandatory training records.
  • Providing support and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Facilitating collaborative working with patients and stakeholders.


**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must have a registered nursing qualification (adult or child branch), evidence of continuous personal and professional development, and practical knowledge of national and local policy relating to vaccination programmes. You must also have effective communication skills, experience of paediatric immunisation and medicines management, a car driver's license, and good team player skills.

**Salary:** Estimated £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
