Support Worker Opportunity

We are looking for a committed Support Worker to join our team at Polaris Community. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to young people in need of assistance.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people
  • Assist with daily tasks and activities to promote independence
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and engage in continuous learning

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with vulnerable individuals
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Hold relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Good computer skills

Compensation: £12.02 per hour
