Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and external agencies.
- Apply effective strategies to engage disengaged learners and support them in achieving their goals.
- Liaise with staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and advocate for the needs of students and staff.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience working with vulnerable young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
