**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
**Who will you be supporting?**
- We have 5 people living at Holmdale between the ages of 30 to 63
- We support adults with profound physical and learning needs
- Staff are highly trained in the management of medication and clinical needs

**What is important to me?**

- We use a lot of sensory activities in house and enjoy walks and local theatre trips
- We enjoy singing and music
- We like to meet people and have day trips
- We like to be supported to meet out neighbours we are well known in our community
- We are fun and love to have people that make us smile in the home
- you will need to like cats

**Any other important information?**
- 4 staffing the morning 3 in the afternoon and one waking and one sleeping at night
- We work long days and night shifts and sleep Ishifts
- You will be trained in complex medication and other clinical tasks such as peg, catheter and stoma
