About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Tradfest Team Member to join our team responsible for organizing live music festivals and events. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the success of our festivals by managing event logistics, artist liaison, and volunteer coordination.

Responsibilities
* Manage event production, including schedules, staffing, advancing with artists and venues, event costings, documentation, and administrative duties
* Liaise with music venues on concert schedules and technical requirements
* Arrange musician travel, meals, and accommodation
* Assist with stage and venue set-ups
* Provide box office support to the team and public

Requirements
* A third-level qualification (degree or diploma) or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with excellent administration, record-keeping, organization skills, and attention to detail
* Good knowledge of and passion for traditional music
* Previous experience in festival administration, event management, or production

What We Offer
* Competitive salary: £11.44 per hour (21+ years) / £8.60 per hour (18-20 years)
