Festival Assistant Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Festival Assistant to join our team at Belfast TradFest.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and have a strong passion for traditional music.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support event production, including scheduling, staffing, and artist liaison
- Coordinate logistics for festival events, including stage and venue setup
- Manage festival information and assist with marketing efforts
- Provide box office support and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work unsocial hours during busy periods
- Prior experience in festival administration or event management
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
