**Job Overview**

Belfast TradFest is a dynamic organization that promotes traditional music education and events in Belfast. As a Summer Trad Fest Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our experienced team in organizing St. Patrick's Day celebrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the festival team in the planning and execution of live music festivals and events.
  • Collaborating with artists, liaising with them regarding travel, meals, and accommodations.
  • Managing the festival's main email account, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Contributing to marketing efforts, including social media and website development.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in event management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google software applications.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour (for those 21 years and over) or £8.60 per hour (for those 18-20 years), along with hybrid working arrangements.
