Job Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a vital role at the top of our sales funnel, representing our company to effectively prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual with excellent phone and email skills to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Articulate our business value proposition to decision-makers to assess buying interest
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Collaborate with our nationwide enterprise outside sales team to accelerate sales cycles and extend reach into target accounts
  • Update prospect interactions in Salesforce for efficient lead management
  • Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunity quotas to ensure revenue objectives
Qualifications
  • 1+ years prior sales experience, preferably within Software/High Tech
  • Experience dealing with DACH customers essential
  • German language speaking required
  • Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive sales environment
  • Strong business acumen and articulate communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
