Business Development Representative

Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative at MHR, you will play a critical role in the sales process, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) sales, generating qualified leads and moving them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior sales executives, clients, and stakeholders to drive pipeline growth.
- Develop and deliver presentations, pitches, and proposals to effectively communicate MHR's value proposition and solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in generating leads in a SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of a SaaS sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
