Job Title: Business Development Representative

AG Barr is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our National Field Sales Team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering market share growth across a defined portfolio of stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive distribution of AG Barr core brand products to ensure maximum visibility and availability in impulse outlets.
  • Form strong relationships with retailers to promote our brands and increase sales.
  • Work closely with the National Field Sales Team to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Full driving license essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Good standard of presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
