About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Hampton by Hilton London City. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for assisting the Reception Manager with the daily running of the hotel, ensuring a professional and efficient service is provided to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Reception Manager with the daily running of the Front Office department, including procedures and health and safety.
  • Maintain positive team morale and provide sufficient training and coaching to team members.
  • Ensure all Receptions duties are carried out as laid out in the shift procedure, including support to food and beverage when needed.
  • Handle all enquiries, comments, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to improve team member performance and ensure the team reaches their departmental goals.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Previous experience with OnQ system would be desirable.
  • Smart professional appearance and punctuality are essential.
