Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our team in Wilmslow, Cheshire. The successful candidate will work closely with a young adult who has sustained a brain injury at birth and is now visually impaired.

The ideal candidate will have a strong moral compass, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with bespoke routines to support daily living activities
  • Provide emotional support and company to enhance the client's quality of life
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare experts and family members to ensure comprehensive care
