We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate support professional to join our team and assist a young adult in Wilmslow, Cheshire. Our client, who has experienced a brain injury at birth, is visually impaired and requires support with his religious practices and companionship in the community. Due to petit mal seizures, it's essential to have someone knowledgeable about epilepsy to provide appropriate care.

This role requires a strong moral compass, integrity, and kindness towards others who share similar beliefs. You will demonstrate a commitment to fostering meaningful relationships and approaching your work with compassion and empathy, aiming to positively impact the lives of those around you.

The successful candidate will engage with bespoke routines, provide emotional support and company, maintain accurate records of care provided, and work in partnership with healthcare experts and family members to ensure complete care.

Ambitious and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for supporting others are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills are required. Flexibility to work the specified hours is also essential.
