Job Title: Care Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Support Worker to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to visit clients and provide support according to their care plan and wishes.
  • Foster companionship and provide emotional support to clients, promoting a sense of wellbeing.
  • Support with making meals and keeping the home clean and tidy.
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as getting dressed, while maintaining their dignity.

Requirements:

  • No experience is required, as we offer comprehensive in-house training. However, previous care experience is an advantage.
  • You must be reliable and punctual to ensure we can provide an excellent service.
  • Have a caring and friendly disposition to create lasting relationships.
  • Hold a valid driving licence and have your own dependable transport.
  • UK residency is essential, and we cannot provide working visas.
  • Have good working flexibility, including alternate weekends.
