Job Title: Brain Injury Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. As a key member of our care team, you will provide support and assistance to a young adult with a brain injury, who requires help with daily routines and activities.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a client who has a strong Christian faith and requires support with religious routines. You will work in partnership with a range of healthcare experts and family members to ensure complete care and support for our client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with bespoke routines and activities to support our client's daily needs.
  • Provide emotional support and company to our client, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in our client's condition.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare experts and family members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, supporting individuals with brain injuries or epilepsy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our client and their family.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work the specified hours.
