Job Title: Residential Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Support Specialist to join our Hotel Services team based at The Wilmslow Hospital in Cheshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within our facilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also possess strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.55 per hour, plus excellent benefits including private healthcare insurance, a private pension contribution, and 25 days holiday per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
  • Ensure all areas are safe and presentable for visitors and patients.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and waste disposal.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
