We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Relief Recovery Support Workers. As a key member of our staff, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health needs in our Nursing and Residential homes services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ad-hoc cover on rotas to ensure continuity of care and support.
  • Work with service users to develop and implement individualised support plans, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation, in a respectful and dignified manner.
  • Engage in activities that promote social inclusion and community participation, such as outings and group activities.
