We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Recovery Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support. As a Relief Recovery Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health needs in our Nursing and Residential homes services in Stoke.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ad-hoc cover on rotas to support service users in a recovery-focused way, in line with their support and risk management plans.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support, promoting independence and well-being.
