We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Relief Recovery Support Workers at our Nursing and Residential homes services in Stoke.

Your Role:

  • Provide flexible cover on our rotas to support our service users and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with service users to develop and implement person-centred care plans, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Assist service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation, in a supportive and respectful manner.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support and care to service users, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe and supportive environment.
